I actually like how the clothes feel, but the sizing was hit or miss for me. One top fit just fine, and then another one was weirdly tight in the arms even though I ordered the same size. It’s not the end of the world, but whoever runs this really needs to make the size chart more accurate because it makes ordering a little frustrating.

I do actually like the items I ordered, so that part was fine. The shipping experience, though, was frustrating.
It took way longer than the original estimate, and the tracking just stopped updating for days. I kept checking because I had no idea if the package was lost or just stuck somewhere.
Customer service did respond, but the answer was basically to wait a little longer. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive quickly

I ordered from cuddlduds.com because the way they describe everything makes it sound like you’re getting really soft, high-quality pieces that will hold up. In reality, it didn’t match the promise at all. The fabric felt much thinner than I expected, and after just a couple washes it already started looking worn out.
For the price, I expected a lot better. It feels like they’re selling the idea of premium comfort, but what showed up was just okay at best. I’ve bought similar stuff for less elsewhere, so this was disappointing and I don’t see myself ordering again

Still comfy and nice to wear, just not quite as thick as I hoped...

The styles are really cute, but the color options are just kind of boring. I wish there were more shades to choose from

Replies were slow, the return steps were confusing, and I still ended up paying for shipping. Kind of disappointing and not really worth the trouble for me anymore.
